1. Policy for Defective or Damaged Products
1.1 Timeframe for Reporting Issues
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please report any issuesΒ within 30 daysΒ from the delivery date. Requests madeΒ after 30 daysΒ cannot be processed.
1.2 Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Because each set of press-on nails is handcrafted and made to order, we only offer refunds or replacements for the following cases:
- The item is defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival.
- The item significantly differs from the description or customization details.
- The size received is incorrect due to our error.
- Items are missing from the package.
Note:Β Slight color variations (up to ~20%) may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences. These are not considered defects.
For cases outside the above situations, aΒ partial refundΒ (excluding shipping fees) may be considered.
1.3 How to Submit a Claim
Please email support@mahounail.comΒ Β with the following information:
- NameΒ on the order
- Order number
- Detailed descriptionΒ of the issue

Clear photos or videos, depending on the case:
- For defects/damage: close-up photos/video
- For design or customization errors: photos showing the difference
- For sizing issues: photos with a ruler or measuring tool
- For missing items: photo of the package + shipping label
- For malfunctioning items (e.g., glue issues): a video is required
- Your preference:Β replacementΒ orΒ refund
Our team will review your submission. Eligible claims will receive aΒ free replacement, or if a replacement is not possible, aΒ full refund including shipping.
1.4 Exceptions (Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement)
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Customer errors (choosing the wrong size, shape, length, color, address, or customization details)
- Change of mind or personal taste
- Damage caused by incorrect usage, mishandling, or poor maintenance
- Color differences caused by display settings
- Failure to review the size guide, product description, or customization preview
Unauthorized returns or refused deliveries do not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
2. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived withinΒ 30 days, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
- If the package is confirmed lost due to carrier or shop error βΒ full refund or replacement
- If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete β we areΒ not responsibleΒ for non-delivery
- Packages refused, forwarded, or unclaimed by the customer are not eligible for refunds
3. Process for Replacements & Refunds
Because our press-on nails are custom,Β returns are not required. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the items as you prefer.
- Replacement orders will follow standard processing times.
- Approved refunds will be issued promptly. Please allowΒ 5β10 business daysΒ for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
