💌 How to Order a Custom Design

To place a custom order, please contact us via Email: support@mahounail.com and send us the following:

• 📸 Reference photo (design you want)
• 📏 Your nail size
• 💅 Shape (e.g., stiletto, coffin, almond…)
• 📐 Length (Short / Medium / Long)
• 📝 Any specific ideas or requests

Our team will guide you through the ordering process step by step.

• Hand-painted anime characters

• Gradient, chrome, aura, Y2K styles
• Any color palette or theme you love!

⏱ Timeline & Price

• Production time: 2–3 business days (depending on design complexity)
• Price: Varies depending on detail and difficulty. A full quote will be given before we begin.

✅ Process & Policy

• Once the set is complete, we will send you photos for review
• Your final design will be 80–90% similar to your reference – exact copies are not guaranteed as these are fully handmade
• You’re allowed 2 rounds of small adjustments after the first review
• Designs cannot be changed or canceled once our nail artist has completed the set
